Abilities: •Perform factory audits involving health, safety, environment, and labor•Provide factories and Marchon Management with a Corrective Action Plan•Provide assistance to factories for remediation of issues•Provide feedback and progress to Marchon Management Team•Prepare factories for licensor audits to ensure a passing score•Ability to access and report risks associated with factory passing audits and business risks associated with the failure.•Ensure factories comply with ISO, ANSI, CE standards.•Perform any other special projects/ tasks assignedQualifications•5 + years auditing experience with HSE and social compliance- Factory setting preferred•BEAC certification highly desirable•Excellent communication skills•Fluent in reading and writing both English and Chinese•Strong MS Office computer skills Requirements:•Willingness to travel•Training, seminars, and certification/ re-certification as needed
